PNECD – Palestine Network for Early Childhood Development

The Palestinian Network for Early Childhood Development and the Tunisian Network for Early Childhood each held a national workshop to present the results of the second strategic research model on “The Working Conditions of Caregivers in Nurseries and Kindergartens in Arab Countries,” conducted by the Arab Network for Early Childhood in seven Arab countries.

The national workshops aimed to present and discuss the national results of the research model, in addition to formulating national recommendations directed towards policies, programs, and institutions concerned with workforce issues in the early childhood sector.

Members of the national networks in Palestine and Tunisia attended the workshops, as well as experts and stakeholders from governmental (ministries and governmental institutions) and non-governmental (organisations and field associations) entities. Based on their field experiences in workforce issues, they contributed to linking the study results with national priorities.
