Director of the Palestinian Institute for Childhood and a member of the executive committee of the Arab Network representing Palestine. Dr. Sha’ar holds a degree in Medicine and a Master’s in Public Health and has extensive experience in health programs and initiatives at the regional level. Currently, Dr. Sha’ar is actively involved in international child protection campaigns through the International Network for Childhood and Peace, where he participates in leading its executive committee, and the International Coalition for Early Childhood and Peace, where he serves on its advisory board.
