Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for Guidance and Student Activities, Assistant Professor in the Early Childhood Education Department at the College of Education, Sultan Qaboos University. He holds a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on teaching Arabic to children from the University of Grenoble, France, and a Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Arabic Language Curriculum and Methods of Teaching from Sultan Qaboos University. He has authored several publications and research studies in the field of child education and language development. 

He is a member of several committees, a founding member of the Arab Network for Early Childhood (based in Beirut), He has written and published numerous research papers and studies in the educational field, particularly focusing on early childhood education.

He has participated in the development and planning of projects and developmental studies related to policies for protecting and developing Arab children. He has studied information and communication technology and has extensive experience in IT, child rights, and development. He began his work with the Arab Resource Collective in 2001 as Director of the Childhood Information Center and currently holds the positions of Director of Research, Documentation, and Knowledge Development, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Editor of the Childhood and Development Journal, and member of the Internal Coordination Committee at the Council. 

He has overseen the publication of statistical reports on the state of Arab children, and various developmental studies and guides, including studies on child protection policies in Arab countries, the guidelines for child protection policies, and projects supporting community participation in education in Egypt. He has also studied child upbringing in Arab countries, organized the Arab Civil Society Forum for Childhood, and is responsible for early childhood development projects.
