Professor of Curriculum and Early Childhood Education, Dean of the Hind Al-Husseini College for Girls, and Director of Child Institute at Al-Quds University.

Prof Buad has extensive experience in teaching at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels, as well as supervising master’s thesis and empirical research. She also provides educational consultations and evaluates programs in the field of early childhood education.

Prof. Al-Khals’ research interests and authored works focus on qualitative research, reflective thinking, contemplative practices, teaching strategies, curriculum, and assessment. She has published over 40 research papers in Arab and international peer-reviewed journals and authored a chapter in a book published by Routledge on reflective thinking and teacher development.

Moreover, Prof Buad trains teachers in primary and preparatory schools on pedagogy, authentic assessment, professional development, and empirical research. She supervises master’s thesis and empirical research for students in the Teaching Methods program at Al-Quds University. Professor Buad is a member of the restructuring committee for learning outcomes and university courses at Al-Quds University and serves as an editor for the Al-Quds Academic Journal of Social and Human Sciences.

Prof. Al-Khales holds a Certified Trainer of Trainers certificate from the University of Massachusetts in USA in collaboration with Amideast and the Palestinian National Training Institute. She designs training programs in education and early childhood development for local, Arab, and international institutions. He is also a local expert and researcher in the field of early childhood development.
