She holds a Master’s degree in Science and is a candidate for a second Master’s degree in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Learning and Development. She has 20 years of experience in family policy analysis, policy-oriented studies, and child protection. She is currently the Director of Childhood at the National Council for Family Affairs. She currently chairs the Coordinating Committee for the Reduction of Child Labor and the National Committee for Marriage of Persons Under 18, and serves as the coordinator of the National Early Childhood Team. She supervised the development of developmental standards for Jordanian children and the activity guide for these standards, as well as the development of the electronic application for the standards and the early childhood status report. She worked on developing work procedures for safety and health measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 in nurseries. She is a member of several national committees concerned with nurseries and child-related issues.
