The Arab Network for Early Childhood (ANECD) is pleased to join efforts with the Early Childhood Workforce Initiative (ECWI) to address the critical need for an efficient and supported workforce in the field. Recognizing the importance of well-trained personnel in promoting positive developmental outcomes for children, ANECD collaborates with ECWI to promote and share the knowledge, practical tools, and expertise through webinars and ECWI’s Knowledge Hub. Their joint efforts aim to equip decision-makers with resources to scale up a quality workforce, ensuring that professionals working with young children and their families receive the necessary support and training for optimal early childhood development outcomes.

The ECWI is an global cross-cutting initiative launched by the International Step by Step Association (ISSA) and Results for Development (R4D) in the service of Early Childhood Development.
