ALECSO, ARC, and the Advisory Group of the Arab Program for Early Childhood Development (APECD) organized the Founding Forum of the Arab Network for Early Childhood Development (ANECD), Dec 15-17, 2014. It included 24 presentations of diverse experiences related to networking and ECD challenges in the Arab countries. In the concluding session of the Forum, the participants adopted a “Final Declaration” that included major recommendations and a road map for the deployment of the Network.
