After the success of the First Strategic Research Model that assesses the status of parents caregivers in crisis, the ANECD is launching its Second Strategic Research Model.

This model aims to study the working conditions of educators in nurseries and kindergartens in seven Arab countries: Tunisia, Oman, Palestine, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon.

Data are collected through an online questionnaire that include questions on the nature and content of educators’ contracts and ToRs with their institutions, as well as assessing their working conditions in terms of income, overtime working hours, vacations and leave permissions, trainings, etc.

The collected data will be analyzed per country and on the regional level, to produce national and regional reports and policy briefs based on the status and recommendations from each country.
