The “ANECD” has established its Advisory Board, formed of nine members with diverse expertise, experiences, and backgrounds in the early childhood field. The advisory board is chaired by Dr. Hassan Al-Bilawi, the Secretary-General of the “Arab Council for Childhood and Development.”

According to the terms of reference for establishing the Advisory Board, it plays a crucial role in providing guidance, expertise, and support to the network and enhancing its mission and goals focused on the development, care, parenting, and protection in early childhood, in a way that ensures the rights of young children in all aspects.
