ANECD has released the regional report for the second strategic research model study, titled “Working conditions of Early Childhood Educators in Nurseries and Kindergartens”. The study offers both quantitative and qualitative indicators on the circumstances of educators across several Arab countries. It culminates in a set of proposals and recommendations related to the working conditions of educators, which require active implementation and advocacy to elevate the standards within the nurseries and kindergartens sector. The focus of the study was guided by the reviews conducted by the Research and Evaluation Group at ANECD.
